Can I Talk About My Participation?
No. Since these are real cases pending before a court, you will have to sign a confidentiality form and cannot talk about what you learn about the case outside of the focus group.
What is a Focus Group?
Indiana Focus Group conducts focus groups for court cases. The participants are shown real evidence from real cases and are asked to give their opinions about that evidence. This information is shared with the attorneys on the case to help them learn more about the strengths and weaknesses of the case.
How will i be paid?
All participants will be paid via Venmo. You will need to set up an account to receive payment.
Our staff does not bring cash to in-person sessions.
How Much Will I be Paid?
Each focus group participant is paid cash for their time. Each session lasts for 2 to 8 hours. Each participant is paid $25 for every hour of participation. Snacks and sodas are also provided for focus groups held in-person.
Where Will in person focus groups Be Held?
Each in person focus group is held in a conference room at a hotel or office building. Each participant will be provided the location after submitting a sign up form for the focus group.
How Do Online Focus Groups Work?
We are not currently scheduling any online focus groups.
Participants in online focus groups are emailed instructions on how to download Zoom onto your computer and are provided a link to join the focus group on the scheduled date and time.
